The meet came and went. I lifted on Sunday. I opened with 430 and got 2 whites...judge said I wobbled the bar right as he said press. He said I held it and then it slid towards my face...2nd attempt at 462...2 whites...side judge said I was wobbling the bar coming down...3rd attempt 480...3 reds...go explosion from the hole...3/4's of the way up the elbows flared out...not going anywhere...no excuses but I was coming down with something Saturday night, throat got scratchy, chest was congested, nose was congested...it sucked when I coughed because I would spit out huge nasty loogies...oh well...just in the cards at the meet. But hey there is another meet. We saw some crazy numbers put up. Long ass drive...I feel like shit and am running a fever and all that shit.
